Beune’s Best Smoked Beef is traditionally produced according to an old family recipe, and gets its delicate smoky flavour from a particularly mild smoking process. Only the finest beef topside is used for Beune’s Best Smoked Beef. The product has a characteristic fine marbling. This gives it its particularly fine flavour and is of course also an indicator of the tenderness and succulence of the meat.
