Ravensberger Land Teutonic salami is made according to a traditional recipe in our family-owned business in Borgholzhausen, in the heart of the Teutoburg forest. Mildly smoked and fragrantly spiced, it is an ideal component for any light meal. We use only ingredients of the finest quality to create our Teutonic salami. Ravensberger Land sausage, from the heart of Westphalia.
Ingredients: Pork, table salt, spices, dried glucose syrup, dextrose, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: sodium nitrite, maturing starter cultures, beechwood smoke.
