Asparagus ham rolls

with dried tomatoes


Makes 12 asparagus ham rolls

12 slices of Glocken-Beune Asparagus Ham
12 large dried tomatoes in oil
2 tablespoons of roasted pine nuts
2 tablespoons of of yoghurt
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
12 sage leaves to garnish

Finger food skewers



  1. Lay the slices of asparagus ham out on a board or clean work surface.
  2. Lay a dried tomato on each.
  3. Coarsely chop the pine nuts.
  4. Blend the yoghurt and mayonnaise.
  5. Spread a little of the yoghurt and mayonnaise mixture on the slices of asparagus ham and sprinkle with pine nuts. Garnish with sage leaves.
  6. Roll up the ham and fix with the finger food skewers.

Arrange on a platter and serve.
